Are you an experienced Warehouse Shift Manager looking for progression for a rapidly growing brand? My client is a well known 3PL brand going through a significant level of growth due to new contract wins.
Responsibilities
* Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Supervisor and Warehouse Operatives.
* Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods in line with company standards.
* Monitor KPIs to ensure performance targets are met.
* Build strong working relationships with the customers.
* Maintain compliance with health & safety, quality, and company policies.
* Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions.
* Manage shift handovers effectively and communicate with other managers
Experience
* Previous experience working as a Warehouse Shift Manager/Operations Manager
* Strong people management experience
* WMS experience
* Have worked within a 3PL, FMCG or Retail environment
