We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Manual Sprayer to join our growing team. This role works across split shifts, Monday–Friday, 6am–2pm and 2pm–10pm.
In a nutshell, you will be responsible for:
Preparing sinks prior to spraying, ensuring surfaces meet the highest quality standards
Carrying out detailed pre-spray inspections
Spraying engobe undercoat or glaze paint onto sinks with precision and consistency
Supporting the movement of products through the spray process
Taking pride in delivering a flawless finish on every luxury product
Maintaining housekeeping standards through regular cleaning of the work areaWhat you are already great at:
Previous manual spraying experience (essential)
Strong attention to detail and quality standards
Following SOPs and processes consistently
Working towards and achieving production targets
Identifying and communicating defects, unsafe practices, or equipment issues
Being organised, methodical, and reliable in your approachFor this role, we would need you to demonstrate:
A solid understanding of manual spray techniques and processes
