Finance Systems Analyst (Blackline) FTC - 9 months Recruitment Partner: Vyoma Gandhi - vyoma.gandhi@boots.com About the role We are looking for a keen, driven candidate who wants to be involved in the optimisation of our Blackline system and has an eye for process standardisation and improvement to drive real efficiencies across our finance month end processes. You don't need to already use or understand Blackline but this role will also play a part in the project to rebuild and optimise the system itself. Sitting in the R2R tower in Digital Finance Operations but working closely with and embedded within Finance Development, this is a role of two parts, helping to shape and deliver finance transformation: Firstly, to liaise with finance and business contacts to get to grips with their current processes, identifying inconsistencies and pain points and interrogating the root cause. You'll need to understand how R2R processes fit into the end-to-end business process and map a standardised process accordingly and then help to implement this across the Boots/No7 businesses. Secondly, as we move into a system rebuild phase, you'll need to become an expert in the system and apply your knowledge of the business/finance processes to support the design and build of the new International instance.
