Requirements
* Demonstrable experience in adult learning and training delivery within a contact centre or BPO environment
* Strong coaching skills and ability to engage learners at all levels
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Learning Management Systems
* Experience in instructional or digital learning design
* Ability to interpret data and create actionable learning insights
* Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment, with occasional travel as required
