Qualifications
* 3+ Years Proven experience in Fintech or Tech recruitment with a strong track record, preference in our market areas.
* Experience of the UK, US and/or APAC markets.
* Experience sourcing on LinkedIn and LinkedIn Recruiter, Sales Navigator, and other tailored technology tools.
* Strong drive to succeed and a focus on achieving financial targets.
* Business Development, new logos.
* Self-sufficient with excellent time management and organizational skills.
* Ability to thrive in a very fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
