As our
People Partner, you’ll be an essential part of our supportive People Team. You’ll provide expert HR support across the organisation, oversee recruitment and provide line management and leadership to team members. You’ll use your expertise to help create a positive inclusive workplace culture where everyone feels valued and can be their true selves.

What you’ll bring
Strong generalist HR experience and confidence in managing HR casework
Good communication skills and the ability to build positive, professional relationships, with a commitment to providing excellent service
A passion for creating positive HR employee experiences
A CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent experience
Understands UK employment law and best practice
