The Role You will be joining a successful rural team and taking on a diverse portfolio of work across the West Midlands. This includes:
Estate and asset management for private and institutional clients
Rural valuations (Red Book compliant)
Landlord and tenant matters
Strategic land advice and development opportunities
Compensation, utilities, and access negotiations
Diversification and rural business consultancy You will be client-facing from day one, managing relationships and delivering high-quality advice with the backing of a well-resourced and supportive team.
Candidate Profile We are looking for someone who is:
MRICS qualified with experience in rural surveying or estate management
Commercially aware, with strong communication and client management skills
Motivated and professional, with a proactive and problem-solving approach
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
