We are recruiting for a Client Services Administrator who will be responsible for coordinating the allocation of audits. You will ensure productive client relationships, handle coordination issues, and ensure the effective delivery of audits meeting customer expectations.

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
The Client Services Administrator role within the Business Assurance team is responsible for coordinating customer relations and the allocation of audits in the UK and Ireland for well-known British Farming customers and other stakeholders. You will ensure productive client relationships, handle coordination issues, and ensure the effective delivery of audits meeting customer expectations.
Key activities:
* Build and maintain good working relationships with key stakeholders in the office and field to maximize the delivery of work efficiently and competently
* Stay updated with administration and database management related to audit bookings, non-conformance management, payments, and other client interactions
* Respond to client queries politely and professionally, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolution (via email or telephone)
* Handle inquiries about our service offerings, including customer management
* Develop strong working relationships with Intertek offices worldwide and gain knowledge of services and standards offered by Intertek
* Monitor and maintain service level agreements
* Provide proactive support to internal teams (sales, audit, technical) and external stakeholders
* Support investigations into complaints and non-conformity actions
* Create and process invoices
* Assist with updating client platforms
* Support client retention efforts to maintain client numbers and revenue
* Collaborate with the Finance team, assisting with client queries and chasing purchase orders
* Be aware of labor and workplace policies, e.g., Modern Slavery (not a pre-employment requirement)
