Overview
DCT Recruitment is seeking a Non-Contentious Commercial Solicitor (0-3 years PQE) to join a forward-thinking legal team in Manchester. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and commercially minded solicitor to join a progressive legal environment supporting a range of clients, from high-net-worth individuals and entrepreneurs to established UK and international businesses.
We are looking for someone with a passion for commercial law, keen to grow within a dynamic team focused on delivering practical, strategic advice.
Key Responsibilities
* Advising clients on a wide range of commercial contracts, including shipping, aviation, general logistics, and finance and banking agreements.
* Supporting the Head of Corporate Transactions with commercial due diligence and contract reviews.
* Providing guidance on data protection, compliance, and regulatory matters.
* Drafting clear, practical, and commercially sound documentation tailored to individual client needs.
* Building and maintaining trusted relationships with high-profile clients to support their ongoing business operations and growth.
Requirements
* 0-3 years'' PQE in non-contentious commercial law.
* Excellent drafting skills with a sharp eye for detail.
* Commercially astute and able to deliver advice aligned with client goals.
