Responsibilities
* Delivering planned learning activities across a range of subjects, under the guidance of teaching staff
* Supporting individual and small groups of students, including those with additional needs
* Contributing to planning and assessment in collaboration with teachers
* Covering classes in the absence of the teacher when required
* Supporting the wider school community and promoting a positive learning environment
Requirements
* HLTA qualification (or equivalent)
* Experience working in a secondary school setting
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to engage and motivate students across Key Stages 3 and 4
* A proactive and flexible approach to supporting teaching and learning

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
