We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Marketing AssistantApprentice to join our team. The successful candidate will support the wider Marketing team across a variety of channels and projects, gaining hands-on experience in both digital and traditional marketing. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Campaign Coordination Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns across multiple channels. Coordinate timelines, liaise with internal teams, and ensure campaigns are delivered on schedule. Photography & Creative Support Help source and manage props and assets for photography sessions. Support basic photo editing and image preparation for digital and print use. Assist with retail vignette design and other visual merchandising projects. Dealer & Stakeholder Communication Serve as a point of contact for dealer queries and communications. Support the distribution of marketing materials and updates to dealers. Email Marketing Support Help prepare, schedule, and monitor email campaigns. Support segmentation, content creation, and performance reporting. Product Launch Assistance Support the marketing team in the launch of new products, including coordinating launch materials and collateral. Assist with internal and external communications for product launches. Administrative Support Manage invoices, purchase orders, and absence registers. Maintain accurate records of marketing activities and materials. Digital & Web Support Help maintain website content and ensure information is up-to-date. Organise and manage digital assets, including image filing and content libraries. Support content management on platforms like Press Loft. Assist with PPC campaigns and digital advertising as required. Print & Exhibition Support Coordinate the ordering of print collateral and promotional materials. Support exhibition and event planning, including logistics and on-site preparation where required. Content Creation & Copywriting Assist with writing marketing copy for emails, social media, product descriptions, and other communications. Support the development of creative materials for campaigns. HEALTH AND SAFETY Endorse and promote a positive and conscious health and safety culture within the Company. Requirements and Prospects: Strong organisational and communication skills. Basic knowledge of photo editing and design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop and InDesign, Canva) is a plus.
