What you will do
* Deliver statutory social work services to children and families in the Safe and Supported Service, including those under Child Protection Plans.
* Utilize the Signs of Safety model of practice to ensure all safety and welfare requirements are met.
* Engage in long-term involvement with children under Child in Need Plans and Child Protection Plans, navigating public and private Court proceedings as necessary.
* Support transitions for children moving to long-term fostering or residential care, ensuring a smooth transfer to the Cared for Teams.
* Work collaboratively with children and families who have a plan of adoption until Adoption Orders are granted.
