Elevation Recruitment are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP S/4 HANA Project Manager to lead the implementation of SAP S/4 HANA solutions on an Interim Basis, predicted to be a few days per week. This is a contract position, ideal for a professional who thrives in dynamic environments and is adept at managing complex full lifecycle ERP projects. The project aims for a live date in September.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Management: Work with SAP consultants internationally to drive SAP S/4 HANA implementation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
2. Stakeholder Management: Act as the point of contact for stakeholders, facilitating communication between technical teams, business units, and external vendors.
3. Manufacturing: Collaborate with relevant teams to translate old and new language for the success of the small-scale manufacturing project.
4. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs proactively.
5. Reporting: Prepare and deliver regular project status reports, dashboards, and presentations to stakeholders.
6. Quality Assurance: Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements. Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess success and identify areas for improvement.
Experience:
* Minimum of 6 years of experience managing SAP projects.
* Proven experience with SAP S/4 HANA implementations.
* Strong understanding of SAP S/4 HANA architecture and modules.
* Proficient in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
* Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology.
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
* Certifications such as SAP certification, PMP, or other relevant project management certifications are advantageous.
