Main duties of the job
Develop Expertise in Clinical Practice

* Surgery and digestive diseases
* Aseptics
* Care of the Elderly & Frailty
* Cardiology
* Respiratory
* Acute & Emergency Medicine
* Endocrine

Person Specification
Qualifications
* Master of Pharmacy (MPharm) 4-year degree or equivalent, plus 1 year pre-registration training and experience
* Member of the General Pharmaceutical Council
Experience
* Experience of research or audit
* Experience of giving presentations
* Experience of mentoring or training others
* Foundation training year (or equivalent) in hospital pharmacy sector
* Good written and verbal communication skills
* Good organisational skills
* Good working knowledge of standard computer software (Word, PowerPoint) & ability to develop I.T. skills
* Knowledge of internet searching
* Good knowledge of Pharmacy Law and Ethics
* Good knowledge of Clinical Pharmacy and Therapeutics

* Ability to prioritise own work effectively
* Ability to work flexibly and reliably
