We are currently recruiting 2 Reception Administrators to join a busy civic services environment in Belfast city centre. This is a front-facing role suited to someone professional, organised and confident dealing with members of the public in a fast-paced setting. Contract: Temporary position with potential for extension The Role: Provide a welcoming and professional reception service Handle enquiries in person and over the telephone Issue visitor and contractor passes Manage bookings and incoming calls Support retail activity within reception areas (sales and stock control) Carry out general administrative duties including data input Operate PA and access control systems when required Assist with postal duties and general facilities support Essential Criteria: Minimum 1 year's reception experience, ideally within a large organisation Experience dealing with internal and external customers Strong communication and customer service skills Good IT skills including Microsoft Office Minimum of 5 GCSEs (A-C) including English (or equivalent) If you are friendly, professional and enjoy delivering excellent customer service, we would love to hear from you.
