Your Role
What You\'ll Be Doing
In this role, you will be working within a high performing team, on a permanent, full-time basis. You will be key in supporting The Fuelcard Company\'s commercial presence through retention and up-sell activities.
How We Work
Based from our Swindon office 5 days per week. Our business operating hours are Monday – Friday, 8:45am – 5:15pm.

Role Responsibilities
* Building and developing positive relationships with internal and external colleagues, suppliers and customers to ensure delivery of customer excellence while adhering to service level agreements.
* Actively engaging with customers to identify and grow Revenue and Volume opportunities.
* Proactively promoting and/or selling relevant products/services to support the ongoing development of our business relationships.
* Managing all requests and queries, providing solutions and advice within agreed service levels to ensure first-class delivery, liaising with other areas of the business as needed.
* Handling all queries (telephone or email) within established best practice and procedures to satisfy customers and the business.
* Administering departmental tasks efficiently and productively, and identifying opportunities to improve service levels and processes.
* Ensuring key aspects of conversations/interactions are captured in the system to enhance data and future interactions.
* Contributing to service delivery levels by guiding others and informing decision-making as appropriate.
Qualifications And Skills
* Ideally some customer service experience in a related environment; telephone-based experience is advantageous
* Excellent telephone manner and keyboard skills with strong communication, negotiation and closing abilities
* Self-starter, tenacious, resilient and maintain a positive attitude
