The company creates curriculum-aligned resources that support UK primary teachers to deliver engaging, high-quality PE and music lessons. This is a senior leadership role, ideal for a headteacher or deputy head with a background in both PE and music. You’ll be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, leading a talented core team, and ensuring the continued delivery of high-impact educational products and services. What You’ll Be Doing Leading the operational and educational aspects of the business, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning Overseeing the delivery of PE and music resources to ensure they remain curriculum-aligned and high-quality Managing and supporting a small, dedicated team in a collaborative and positive culture Maintaining strong relationships with schools and educational partners Driving key initiatives and projects forward, aligned with company values and goals Collaborating remotely with the founding team on strategy and vision Ensuring compliance with relevant educational and regulatory standards Who You Are An experienced headteacher or deputy headteacher with leadership experience in UK primary education Background in teaching and/or leading both PE and music curricula Organised, strategic, and confident making informed decisions Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills Passionate about supporting teachers and simplifying complex teaching areas Bonus Points For: Experience with educational resource companies or EdTech startups Familiarity with sales, marketing, or growth within an education context Confidence using digital platforms and understanding evolving teacher needs Why This Role?
