We’re working with a welcoming private nursery in Camden that’s looking for a caring and creative Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join their team. You’ll be part of a nurturing environment that champions curiosity, independence, and joy in every day.
What you’ll be doing:
Creating exciting, play-based learning experiences for children aged 0–5
Supporting each child’s individual development through observation and planning
Building warm, positive relationships with parents and carers
Working as part of a close-knit team to ensure the room runs smoothly
Keeping children safe, happy, and inspired to explore
What we’re looking for:
Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education (or equivalent)
A kind, proactive, and child-led approach to learning
Experience in a nursery or early years setting
Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and safeguarding
A positive team player who loves to share ideas and enthusiasm
