About The Role
We have an exciting opportunity to recruit a Clinical Educator to join our clinical teams and support our growing workforce to deliver excellent healthcare.
As a Clinical Educator, you will:
1. Inspire and Teach; sharing your knowledge, skills and passion through the development, provision and review of educational sessions for a diverse group of healthcare professionals and learners.
2. Innovate and Lead; supporting improvements in patient care and outcomes by providing innovative training, simulation sessions and advise that provide evidence-based clinical training. You will have the opportunity to contribute to improvement projects and audit.
3. Make an Impact: Directly contribute to improvements in patient care and out comes through providing training for, as well as advise and support during and after emergencies.

Practice Plus Group Hospital Plymouth has a CQC Good rating and provides excellent healthcare to the population of Plymouth and the south west region, including Cornwall, Isles of Scilly and all of Devon. We are an elective surgical centre providing arthroplasty surgery, orthopaedics, general surgery, endoscopy and cataract surgery.
The clinical services include Outpatients, Day Surgery Unit, Inpatient Ward, Theatres, Endoscopy suite, Radiography, Physiotherapy and Pharmacy, with care provided by a multidisciplinary team.
