Operations Manager (Education) - 6618 Location: Gloucester, hybrid (up to 2 days per week working from home) Hours: Full Time | Fixed Term Contract (up to 12 months) Salary: £33,000 per annum (dependent on experience) Job Description We are recruiting an Operations Manager (Education) to oversee the coordination and administration of a range of accredited training and professional development programmes. The successful candidate will manage daily operations, ensure programme compliance, and lead a small administrative team within the education department. Key Responsibilities of an Operations Manager (Education) * Coordinate and administer accredited training and education programmes. * Line-manage a small administrative team, providing clear guidance and support. * Oversee course schedules, learner records, assessments, and reporting requirements. * Maintain compliance with accreditation and quality assurance standards. * Review and improve internal systems and workflows to enhance efficiency. * Liaise with tutors, learners, and external partners to support effective delivery. * Produce accurate data and reports to assist departmental planning and review.
