What You Bring
* Use your expertise in consumer service and product knowledge to deliver a premium brand experience to consumers.
* Assist retail leads and floor managers (Coaches) in training new employees.
* Support store departments—operate the cash register, manage inventory, refill products on the shopfloor, and build visual displays—and recommend appropriate products to reach sales targets.
* Use knowledge of digital devices to bridge online and offline sales or services.
* Inform consumers and teammates about NIKE products and services.
* Continuously improve your knowledge through tools and training courses to stay up to date and gain insights on sales trends, NIKE products, services, and culture.

Qualifications
* Customer service and/or retail experience preferred.
* Effective communicator, brand ambassador, and collaborative teammate.
* Demonstrated ability to apply product sales techniques.
* Flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours, which may include day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays, based on department and store/company needs.
