The Florence Nightingale Agency has been in business since 1997. Our team of office staff and support workers provide home-based support to help people live the way they want to, in their homes and communities.
Our company is committed to providing quality services in an efficient, friendly, and proactive manner. As we grow, we are expanding our team with two new Client Services Managers responsible for service delivery and meeting contractual obligations in distinct regions:
* Christchurch & South Canterbury
* North Canterbury, Marlborough & Tasman (includes travel to the region, minimum of one week per month)
Role Responsibilities
The CSM will support coordinators with rostering, scheduling, and follow-up with support workers. The role involves networking, managing incidents/accidents, assisting with audits, developing regional business growth, and acting as the local contact for funders and community agencies. The CSM also supports our most complex clients to ensure their safety and needs are met. For North Canterbury, Marlborough, and Tasman, the CSM will assist with initial client visits for our Flexible Support service, empowering disabled clients and their families to have more control over their care, aligned with ministry guidelines and principles of enabling good lives.
Daily activities may include visiting funders, responding to incidents, meeting clients, creating support plans, answering calls, and collaborating with teams to ensure clients receive excellent support workers. The role also involves business development, working with clinical and recruitment teams, and attending career expos.

Details
This is a Monday to Friday role, working between 32 to 40 hours per week.
