Key Responsibilities:
* Act as a trusted adviser, collaborating closely with operational and commercial teams to drive business performance and decision-making.
* Deliver best-in-class financial analysis, forecasting, and financial modelling to support key initiatives.
* Provide high-quality insights and recommendations, influencing stakeholders at all levels-both locally and globally.
* Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and value creation across the business.
* Support financial planning, budgeting, and reporting cycles.
Key Requirements:
* Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
* Proven experience in a finance business partnering role within a fast-paced, forward-thinking environment.
* Advanced financial modelling, analytical and Excel skills.
* Confident communicator with the ability to influence and challenge stakeholders at a variety of levels.
* Experience in the technology sector or a global business is highly advantageous.
