This particular role is for the US hedge fund desk which means working US hours (circa 2pm-9pm).In this role, Researchers approach the work in a similar way to football agents, building relationships with professionals at the beginning of their career, maintaining those relationships and constantly looking to seek out the right moves. Key Responsibilities : Support priority searches by sourcing, approaching, and qualifying candidates for client mandates. Create and maintain market maps of hedge funds, investment banks, and other sectors for senior consultants. Utilize LinkedIn, Bloomberg, and other tools to identify talent and schedule candidate calls. Headhunt potential candidates and maintain a well-organized database. Format CVs, document candidate profiles, and write detailed notes following calls.
