We are seeking to recruit experienced Residential Conveyancers for our Hull and Withernsea offices.
You will:
Manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters.
Provide excellent client care.
See files through from start to finish.
Liaise with all parties to ensure the timely progression of conveyancing matters.
Review and draft legal documents.
Conduct searches, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and legislation.
Identify and manage potential risks and issues.
Provide appropriate solutions to safeguard clients' interests.
Keep abreast of changes in conveyancing law and practice, ensuring continuous professional development and compliance with SRA requirements.
Work to the CQS standard.
Ideally have experience in the use of case management systems and Microsoft Office software, however training will be provided.
You will have:
Comprehensive knowledge of conveyancing law, procedures, and regulations.
A proven track record of managing a varied caseload.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Organisational and time management skills, and be able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
A proactive and solutions-focused approach to problem-solving, with the ability to identify and manage risks.
A high level of attention to detail and accuracy in drafting legal documents and correspondence.
