The role of People Experience Officer will include:
1. Ensuring the effective planning, coordination and delivery of comprehensive talent and people engagement campaigns, each tailored to suit individual business areas
2. Creating and coordinating high-quality talent acquisition material for candidate attraction purposes, ensuring our key messages and People Promise are consistent
3. Working collaboratively with other teams to identify and utilise effective engagement tools, including recommendations on practical and cost-effective solutions to communicate key messages, raise the organisation's employer profile and achieve an increase in the number of quality candidate leads generated
4. Working with key internal stakeholders, such as Communications and Marketing colleagues to coordinate engaging visuals and content for our campaigns (such as job ads, blogs, social media content and the careers website) and drive employer brand awareness on digital and social media
5. Acting as a key point of contact for engagement and experience activities related to Talent Acquisition and People Services, maintaining relationships with key business contacts to develop material in line with the People Promise and Group standards
6. Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure high-quality and cost-effective production of people engagement and experience material and recruitment advertisements
7. Working closely with colleagues in Communications and Marketing to monitor the performance of campaigns through analytics, reporting on KPIs such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates
8. Using data insights to continuously refine and improve recruitment and people engagement efforts
Skills and experiences:
9. Able to demonstrate academic achievement at A Level or equivalent
10. Recent experience of undertaking a similar role
11. Practical experience of working in a talent acquisition environment
12. Some experience analysing and diagnosing problems and implementing effective solutions
13. Some digital recruitment marketing experience
14. Working knowledge of data protection, copyright laws, other legislation and current good practice
15. Practical knowledge of proof reading, copy editing and use of plain English
16. Excellent communication skills and good interpersonal and customer care skills
17. Ability to interpret computerised information and documentation and intermediate Microsoft 365 skills

28. £33,397 per annum (rising to £35,144 per annum after 12 months, subject to satisfactory performance)
