Are you an experienced Branch Manager, Depot Manager or Operations Manager looking for your next leadership opportunity in the HGV, Vans or asset rental sector? Our Branch Manager role could be exactly what you have been waiting for. As Branch Manager you will take ownership of operational performance, customer service and commercial growth within our Vans business unit, balancing service excellence with strong financial results.
Deliver annual budget and growth targets through strong commercial awareness.
Lead, coach and develop a customer focused team, creating a culture of accountability and pride.
Ensure excellent customer service standards across all UK customers.
Drive operational efficiency while maintaining profitability.
Champion compliance across safety, environmental and ethical standards.
Act as the local ambassador for Dawsongroup, strengthening relationships and identifying new opportunities.
This is a role for someone who can think both locally and nationally, understanding the importance of aligning your branch to wider business strategy while maintaining strong local relationships.
About You
You are someone who enjoys leading from the front and building high performing teams. You understand that in a price sensitive market, service, relationships and reputation set you apart. You might already be a Branch Manager, General Manager or Senior Operations Leader within HGV, fleet, logistics or asset rental, or you may be an ambitious leader ready to step up.
Takes ownership of results and is motivated by achieving targets.
Builds trust quickly with customers and colleagues.
Is comfortable leading through change and supporting teams during transition.
Understands the importance of process, compliance and alignment with national policies.
Sees opportunity in new markets and enjoys developing business locally.
