About the Role
Are you highly organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering excellent customer service? We’re looking for a dedicated Admin Assistant to join our clients VAT Department.
A new opportunity has opened for a motivated individual to join a collaborative and fast-paced team.
Key Responsibilities
Reviewing handovers from the Sales team to ensure accuracy and correct VAT scheme allocation
Following up with internal teams and clients to gather outstanding information
Submitting VAT applications via the HMRC portal
Processing clients business expenses and incorporating them into VAT returns
Producing weekly and monthly management reports
Setting up Direct Debits to HMRC
Handling general administrative tasks, including maintaining digital customer records and managing the departments internal ticketing system

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
