This is a critical role with primary responsibilities to:
1. Lead and deliver commercial growth.
2. Spearhead engagements, communicate, and support the shaping of CORVID's functions and services for current and prospective customers.

The key responsibilities are:
1. Ensure high levels of customer engagement and satisfaction with CORVID's services.
2. Devise and implement strategies to increase customer numbers.
3. Facilitate communication and escalation of services to customers.
4. Shape communication with customers and service partners.
5. Oversee customer services to manage expectations and coordinate activities.
6. Support the development of strategies to ensure services are valuable and market-relevant.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Proven ability to market and sell.
* Ability to identify value additions and communicate them effectively.
* Translate technical matters into customer-friendly communications to enhance brand reputation and satisfaction, and attract more customers.
A degree is not essential; however, excellent language, comprehension skills, and the ability to learn quickly are required. Comfort with technology and a willingness to learn technical details are also important.
Security Clearance:
Candidates must achieve at least SC security clearance and be able to work in the UK without restrictions, undergoing appropriate UK National Security Vetting.
