Job Description
We are working with a mid-sized city UK law firm who are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join them on a FTC.
You will be supporting the team across billing, cashiering, and banking reconciliations.
Your duties will include but are not limited to:
* Preparing and producing bills,
* Ensuring client account balances and transactions are maintained,
* Preparing client’s fee ledgers,
* Inputting payments into their banking system,
* Carrying out the Client Bank Reconciliation on a rota basis.
The successful candidate will have previous experience as an Accounts Assistant within a similar setting. It is essential you have previous Legal Cashiering experience.
