About The Role
We’re looking for a Senior Business Analyst who’s excited by meaningful challenge and motivated by real impact. This is a chance to join Social Work England on a permanent basis and play a leading role in a dynamic, multi‑skilled digital team that spans product, delivery, design and engineering. Working across our entire digital portfolio, you’ll help shape services that make a genuine difference to social workers and the people they support.
As our Senior Business Analyst, you’ll guide and mentor a team of analysts while driving high‑quality, agile analysis across a wide range of digital products. You’ll be central to turning ideas into reality—leading complex projects from early discovery through to go‑live, owning the requirements, and ensuring solutions are clear, evidence‑based and user‑focused.
You’ll work collaboratively with colleagues across the organisation, exploring problems, identifying opportunities, and surfacing risks or dependencies early to help teams deliver with confidence. The variety of projects and the close partnership with multi‑disciplinary teammates means no two days look the same – bringing both professional challenge and the satisfaction of seeing your work deliver visible, meaningful outcomes.
