As we expand our reach, we're looking for a commercially sharp Global Account Executive to help us scale partnerships with leading international retailers.
Role Overview
As Global Account Executive, you'll play a key role in driving commercial success across our priority regions: North America, Europe, and the UK. You'll support the execution of global account plans, collate NPD pipelines and collaborate with customers across multiple markets to ensure our brand shines in every aisle. This role demands a high level of attention to detail, ensuring flawless execution across multiple time zones and touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
* Support global account strategies across key retailers and platforms in North America (e.g. Giant Tiger, Five Below, Citi Trends, Europe (e.g., Normal, Action, Kruidvat), and the UK (e.g., Savers, Home Bargains).
* Assist in planning and executing product launches, promotional campaigns, and pricing strategies tailored to regional markets.
* Analyse regional sales performance, consumer trends, and competitive activity to identify new business/growth opportunities.
* Coordinate with supply chain, marketing, and finance teams to ensure seamless execution across geographies.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners and internal stakeholders across time zones.
* Prepare market-specific insights and performance reports for senior leadership with precision and accuracy to understand industry trends and competitive landscape.
* Analyse sales data to identify trends, forecast future sales, and adjust strategies accordingly.
* Provide technical sales support by understanding product offerings and addressing client inquiries.

What We're Looking For
* 3+ years' experience in FMCG or beauty sales, ideally with international exposure.
* Strong understanding of global beauty retail dynamics and consumer behaviour in North America, Europe, and the UK.
* Exceptional attention to detail, with a track record of delivering high-quality work across complex projects.
* Commercially astute with excellent analytical and Excel skills.
* Experience working with cross-functional and cross-cultural teams
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Highly organised, adaptable, and comfortable navigating complexity
