VGC Group is seeking experienced Advanced Scaffolders to join a project in Central Birmingham. This role offers an immediate start and potential for up to 3 years of employment for the right candidate.
Position Details:
1. Role: Advanced Scaffolder
2. Location: Central Birmingham
3. Salary: GBP25.61 per hour PAYE
4. Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:30 am - 5:30 pm
5. Contract: Employment contract
6. Experience: Minimum 2 years
7. Qualifications: CISRS Advanced Scaffolder Card, SSSTS/SMSTS

* Assemble scaffolding according to project specifications and safety regulations.
* Erect and dismantle scaffolding structures using appropriate materials and tools.
* Ensure safety measures, such as guardrails and safety nets, are in place.
* Plan scaffolding layout to meet project needs.
* Verify scaffolding stability and load capacity.
* Conduct risk assessments and site inspections.
* Maintain scaffolding safety and stability through regular inspections.
* Adhere to all safety protocols and PPE requirements.
