Digital and data continuity isn't just a buzzword here—it is the reality of our future.* Solid aerospace experience paired with a strong understanding of Flight Physics disciplines and Aerodynamics capabilities.* Strong technical leadership skills, with the ability to guide and direct activities without relying on hierarchical authority.* Proven experience successfully leading projects across transnational environments.* Expertise in various project management methodologies (both classical and agile) to secure successful delivery.* A proactive, collaborative spirit with the ability to pragmatically solve complex operational conflicts.* Exceptional communication and presentation skills to persuade and influence individuals.* English proficiency at a negotiation level.* Sound knowledge of operational project, business, and financial management practices.* *Advantageous:* A project management certification.
