Transport Administrator
Are you organised, detail-oriented, and ready to be a key player in a fast-paced transport operation? We’re looking for a Transport Administrator to join our client’s team in Stoke-on-Trent, supporting the smooth running of daily logistics.
Key Responsibilities of this Transport Administrator role:
* Provide administrative support to the transport team
* Input and manage data using transport management systems
* Liaise with drivers and warehouse teams to ensure timely departures and arrivals
* Monitor and resolve delivery or dispatch issues
* Prepare and manage paperwork including manifests and delivery notes
* Ensure compliance with health & safety and transport regulations
Skills required for this Transport Administrator role:
* Previous experience in a transport, logistics, or warehouse admin role (desirable)
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Details of this Transport Administrator role:
* Weekly pay at £13.14 per hour
* Ongoing work with potential for long-term opportunities

* Rotating shifts (6am–2pm & 2pm–10pm)
