Coordinate cross-functional teams to gather inputs and keep deliverables on track. Write clear, compelling, compliant responses for Invitation to Tender (ITT), Selection Questionnaire (SQ), Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) and Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) submissions. Ensure every bid meets public procurement, legal, GDPR and internal governance requirements. Review tender documents, structure proposals effectively and run internal quality checks. Manage supplier briefings, clarification questions and procurement-portal activity. Produce high-quality clarification presentations and support post-submission reviews. Maintain bid libraries, case studies, evidence and drive ongoing improvements. Knowledge of UK public procurement processes and compliance expectations. Degree-level education (English/Journalism preferred); APMP certification an advantage.
