We have an amazing opportunity for you to start or build upon your property career with our market leading, independent Letting Agency as a Lettings Consultant. We are seeking the right individual to join our team and that can be someone with or without experience - it's all about have the right work ethic and attitude

The Role

Under the guidance of the Director and Assistant Lettings Manager, you will become invaluable in ensuring the smooth running of the department, you'll bring a friendly, helpful, honest, and efficient approach to understanding prospective tenants' requirements, matching them with properties, conducting viewings and creating new tenancies.

It's a busy, dynamic role that will also see you go beyond ensuring that every customer interaction is a positive experience, to looking ahead to see how the branch can operate even more efficiently.

Who are we looking for…

We have an open mind when considering who will be the perfect candidate for his role. Whether this is your first step into property or not; the key to success is having excellent communication skills (in person, telephone, and email), a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.

In return for your hard work, you will receive a competitive basic salary for a starting role within the industry with a very realistic OTE of between £25,000pa and £30,000pa depending on experience.

Required Skills and Experience

We believe success is based on attitude and therefore it is the right attitude that we are searching for.

You will also:

· Be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.

· Have the will to form a strong working relationship with your colleagues.

· Have the ability to work under pressure and towards deadlines and targets.

· Have strong communication skills and confidence in building rapport with a variety of customers.

· Have a full UK Valid Driving Licence and your own car.

· Excellent communication skills.

Working Hours

5 day working week on a three-rota pattern of:

· Week 1: Monday to Friday - 9:00am to 6pm

· Week 2: Monday to Saturday 9:00am to 6pm (5pm finish on Saturday with a midweek day off in lieu)

· Week 3: Monday to Saturday 9:00am to 6pm (5pm finish on Saturday with a midweek day off in lieu)
