Job Title: Attendance Improvement Officer
Location: Rugeley, Staffordshire
Salary: Grade 7, SCP 15-22 (£25,021 to £28,083 per annum actual salary)
Start Date: As soon as possible
Contract Type: Maternity Cover
Working Pattern: Full Time (37 hours), term-time only (some early starts may be required)

About You
As an Attendance Improvement Officer, you will be dedicated to increasing pupil attendance and punctuality, supporting a positive culture of attendance. Our ideal candidate would have:
* Experience working with children and parents in a school setting
* Excellent interpersonal skills and relationship-building abilities
* Experience using and maintaining databases such as Arbor
* Flexibility and adaptability
About The Attendance Team
The Attendance Team at The Hart School comprises 3 staff members. They collaborate with the wider pastoral team, students, families, and staff to create a nurturing and inclusive environment. The team is approachable, proactive, and committed to helping students overcome barriers to learning and thrive both inside and outside the classroom.
