Location: Remote UK Role title: PPC Executive Salary : £30,000 - £35,000 Epos Now is a global technology and payments company, providing AI driven, scalable, cloud-based POS and business management systems to merchants worldwide. As we continue our rapid global expansion, we are seeking a dynamic and proven PPC Executive. We’re looking for a PPC Executive to help us grow our lead generation activity across paid media and affiliates. You’ll be hands-on with campaigns, keeping them optimised, cost-efficient, and driving the right traffic that converts. You’ll also work closely with agency partners and affiliates, making sure performance stays strong and aligned with wider marketing goals. This is a role for someone who’s data-driven, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple platforms without needing micromanagement. What You’ll Do ● Manage day-to-day PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and Meta Ads (with agency support). ● Carry out keyword research, write ad copy, and optimise campaigns for ROI. ● Help manage and grow affiliate partnerships. ● Report on campaign performance and provide insights/recommendations. ● Work with marketing and creative teams to align campaigns with business goals. ● Stay up to date with industry trends and use A/B testing to keep campaigns competitive. What Success Looks Like ● Hitting a ROAS of 2:1 or higher across paid channels. ● Keeping CPA within 10% of target. ● Supporting the marketing team to hit overall lead generation targets.
