A large regional firm in Truro is recruiting for its landed estates and agriculture team. This is a niche, fascinating area of practice working with multigenerational family businesses, farming enterprises, and rural estates. You'll develop deep sector expertise and work with clients managing complex operations. Hybrid working with 2-3 days in a modern office environment.
The Role
* Prepare statutory accounts and management information for landed estates, farms, and rural businesses
* Provide business advisory support tailored to the agriculture and estates sector
* Build strong relationships with rural clients and act as their trusted adviser
* Support clients with succession planning, diversification, and estate management challenges
* Supervise and develop junior team members
* Contribute to the growth of the firm's agriculture and estates practice
About You
* ACA, ACCA, or CA qualified (or nearing qualification)
* Experience in practice accounts work (agriculture sector experience desirable but not essential)
* Genuine interest in rural business, farming, and landed estates
* Technically strong and client-focused
* Ready to build niche expertise and take on greater responsibility
