Marketreach is the B2C branch of Studiocanal Kids & Family- we currently run a store at Paddington station, open 7 days a week from 8am to 8pm, another one located at the Savoy for the Musical and a Paddington online shop

We are seeking an enthusiastic, data driven and results-oriented E-commerce and Retail manager based in London be part of the the retail division. Reporting to the VP Retail, you will be responsible for
Key missions & Skills :
1. Retail & E-Commerce Expertise
2. Strong understanding of omnichannel retail operations, including both physical store and online store management.
3. Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon or other pure players)
4. Knowledge of digital merchandising, product lifecycle online, and customer journey optimization.

21. Comfortable using retail POS systems, ERP tools, and e-commerce CMS.
22. Proficiency in Excel, Google Analytics, and reporting dashboards.
23. Knowledge of compliance tools and documentation (e.g., RAMS, compliance reports).

Key qualifications
26. 3 to 5 years experience in e-commerce retail, preferably in the IP industry, or an entertainment group.
27. Solid commercial and retail acumen & vision
28. Strong interest in the brand.
29. Experience with inventory management and supply chain management
30. Proficient in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and e-commerce tracking tools.
31. Excellent analytical skills and proficiency with CRM software and MS Excel.
