Project Coordinator - Data Centres Nordics (On site)

Role description
We are looking for an experienced Assistant Project Manager to join our rapidly growing team. You will be part of the team delivering one of our biggest data centre construction projects in the Nordics. The successful candidate will be based either 100% in the country, or there will be significant international travel to Norway or Finland.
Role accountabilities
* Deliver distinct elements of projects or contribute to overall programmes of work.
* Work independently with depth of technical knowledge.
* Work within established financial procedures to assist in the production of basic plans and schedules, monitor and review financial information, identify anomalies, and ensure up-to-date and accurate project data.
* Contribute to professional assignments to support delivery to time and quality standards.
* Collate and interpret data to prepare documents including project plans and schedules.
* Analyse data and trends to develop simple recommendations for senior colleagues.
* Monitor and evaluate existing project management processes to identify opportunities and advise on improvement.
* Complete complex professional level tasks as requested, prioritise case load, interpret policies.
* Liaise with stakeholders across the business to provide specialist advisory support and act as focal point for operational project queries, ensuring alignment between policy and practice.
Qualifications & experience
* Relevant business experience supporting large and complex projects.
* Good communication skills, ability to liaise with peers and senior colleagues and build relationships.
* Commercial awareness and organisational understanding.
* Logical approach to coordinate multi-faceted project aspects.
* Self-motivated and proactive, able to work independently.
* Proficiency in relevant software and systems.
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
* Working towards a relevant professional certification or chartered status.
