Job Description
As our Receptionist, you will be much more than a check-in expert — you'll be the host, guide, and first impression for every guest who walks through our doors. If you love people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in great service, this could be the perfect role for you.
No hotel experience? No problem. If you have a background in customer service and the right attitude, we'll provide full reception training.
What You'll Be Doing
* Welcoming guests and creating outstanding first impressions
* Managing check-ins and check-outs with confidence and care
* Taking reservations for the hotel and restaurant
* Handling payments and ensuring accurate billing procedures
* Acting as an ambassador for the hotel, delivering exceptional service at all times
What We're Looking For
* Passion for customer service and hospitality
* Flexibility to work early (6:00am–2pm) and late (2pm–10pm) shifts
* Availability across weekdays, weekends, and public holidays
* A friendly, professional, and positive approach
