It is advisable to refer to this when submitting your application for the post.**Job Purpose**To support family man with care needs and enable him to get out and about.**Location**Costessey, Norwich NR8**Job Details**I am a family man living with my wife and 3 children under 16 who requires additional support as I am a wheelchair user who is recovering from a stroke. I have a functional neurological disorder and Fibromyalgia. My PA will be required to assist me with personal care including safe transfers, washing (strip wash or shower) and dressing.
