Location:Dover
Salary:up to £31,000 (£35,000 OTE)
Hours:Monday to Friday, 08:00am 17:30pm, 1 hour lunch, 1 in 4 Saturdays paid at 1.5x.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle customer enquiries promptly and professionally, both in person and over the phone
2. Locate and supply parts and accessories from stock or by placing orders with suppliers
3. Process customer orders accurately using internal systems
4. Maintain up-to-date and accurate stock records
5. Ensure the parts department is well organised and clean at all times
6. Build strong working relationships with customers and suppliers
7. Communicate effectively with workshop colleagues to ensure smooth service delivery
8. Regularly update the parts database with new stock and pricing
