Job Description
1. Oversee all aspects of payroll operation, processing payroll, ensure accuracy, compliance with legal requirements and timely distributed payments for US employees
2. Monitor and validate employees' time and attendance records to ensure accuracy in payroll calculations
3. Monitor and validate employee' expense reimbursement to ensure accuracy in payroll calculations
4. Reconcile payroll taxes related general ledgers
5. Perform ad hoc payroll related analysis of payroll to explain trends and differences
6. Help with global payroll analysis requirements
7. Manage US payroll related filings with tax authorities in relevant states
8. Perform audits of the payroll system data to ensure accuracy of pay information
9. Focal point to all payroll related matters and provide answers to employees' questions and needs around payroll

The Successful Applicant
10. 5+ years of relevant US payroll professional experience
11. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or relevant degree
12. Experience working through payroll software implementation
13. Multi-state payroll experience for USA
14. Experience working with ADP is a plus
15. Bookkeeping experience is a plus
16. Strong proficiency in MS Office especially Excel
17. Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise extreme discretion
18. Excellent problem solving/judgment skills, and high level of attention to detail and accuracy
19. Strong organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure
