Project Overview * Location: Plymouth, Devon * Programme: Long-term works secured to 2031+ Role Available Immediate Starts M&E Pre-Construction Manager * Salary: Up to £75k (Perm) | £450 £500 per day (Freelance) * Location: Plymouth * Duration: 2031 onwards * Initial Works: £20m (including £8m M&E bolt-on) * Future M&E Works: £30m £40m (Money is negotiable depending on experience and suitability. Perm roles also in addition have a car allowance on top.)
