This company do not do walk in’s, so you will always know what you are catering for – whether an event, party, social gathering or an organised meal for the members.
What’s involved?
In this role, you’ll ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the clubs kitchen. You’ll work alongside the Head Chef to craft visionary dishes that go with the high-end look of this property, using local ingredients where possible, as well as cover his days off.
Your responsibilities extend to managing daily supplier orders and conducting monthly stock takes.
Effective communication is crucial – you’ll liaise with the Club Manager on-site to coordinate seamlessly.
