Data Integration Manager
Contract Type: Permanent
About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Data Integration Manager to take ownership of how data moves, integrates, and performs across our business. This is a strategic role that sits at the intersection of technology, operations, and business value, ensuring our financial, commercial, and operational data flows are reliable, accurate, and enable smarter decision-making.
You'll be the technical owner of our integration partnerships, lead a small specialist team, and work closely with Finance, Operations, and Commercial stakeholders to modernise processes through better data. If you're someone who understands both the technical complexity of enterprise data and the business outcomes it should deliver, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing
Leading Enterprise Integration & Data Operations
You'll own end-to-end data integration across our HR, ERP, CRM, Ordering systems, and Data Lake. Acting in an SRE-style capacity, you'll ensure data flows are reliable, monitored, and traceablepreventing issues before they impact the business and resolving them quickly when they arise. You'll set the standards for how data moves, define lineage, and ensure reconciliation processes are robust.
Driving Data Quality & Governance
You'll establish metrics that matteraccuracy, timeliness, completeness and embed quality checks into core business processes. Working alongside Data Owners and Process Owners, you'll ensure we meet enterprise governance standards and regulatory requirements without slowing down the business.
Delivering Business Value Through Data
Understanding our financial and operational processes is key. You'll identify opportunities where integrated, high-quality data can modernise workflows, enable automation, and improve outcomes whether that's better forecasting, smoother reconciliation, or sharper margin management. You'll bring transparency to data costs and outcomes, helping the business optimise where it matters most.
Managing and Developing Your Team
You'll line manage an Integration Specialist and an Automation Engineer, setting priorities, coaching, delegating effectively, and ensuring continuous skills development. This is a hands-on leadership role where your team's success is your success.
Championing Innovation & Automation
You'll look for every opportunity to automate manual data tasks and operational workflows. Working with integration partners, you'll adopt modern patterns like APIs, event-driven architecture, and ETL/ELT pipelines that improve resilience, reduce costs, and create measurable business impact.

Strong technical background in data integration, ETL/ELT, and system interoperability
Proven experience in data operations, monitoring, and quality management
Ability to manage technical partner relationships and hold suppliers accountable for delivery
Understanding of financial and operational processes, with the skill to translate business needs into data solutions
Demonstrated people management experience with a track record of developing high-performing teams
Desirable:
Hands-on experience with Snowflake and modern cloud integration technologies
