Production Manager - Chemical Manufacturing
Location: Wolverhampton
Very competitive salary - will depend on experience plus Car allowance and Company Bonus - details on request
Responsibilities
* Lead and develop the operations team to achieve safe, reliable, and efficient manufacturing.
* Ensure full compliance with COMAH, EHS, and regulatory requirements.
* Deliver the manufacturing plan to customer and business requirements.
* Drive continuous improvement and implement lean manufacturing initiatives.
* Collaborate with maintenance to maximise equipment reliability and minimise downtime.
* Manage budgets, costs, and operational performance.
About You / Qualifications
* Degree qualified in science/engineering or equivalent.
* 5+ years' leadership experience in chemical/process manufacturing.
* Proven track record in Upper Tier COMAH or high-hazard environments.
* Strong communicator with the ability to engage and motivate teams.
* Skilled in driving safety, compliance, and continuous improvement.
